Do you remember the way tastings used to be ?
 

Do you remember back when wine tastings involved pulling onto a rustic farm property where the Winemaking Proprietor would stop the work they're doing to pour their wonderful wines, chat about the "goings on", and share their passions?  Well, we've spruced things up on our garden patio to make things a bit more comfortable (and have a pretty spectacular view,) but otherwise this is exactly what you'll experience here at Élevée.  Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Four, our Maître d'... he's a highly trained professional (and a Bernese Mountain Dog).

We are By Appointment, but always try to accommodate walk-ins if we're able.  Our space is small, so calling ahead is best.  Our standard hours are Sat & Sun, 11am to 4pm, but we will try our best to accommodate other days and times.  Please call, text or email us to make your Appointment.
